Sales Associate’s Pre-Licensure Course / FREC-1 (63-hours):

The very first step in beginning a career in real estate is successfully taking and passing the first pre-licensure course. This engaging and highly-informative course is designed to introduce you to the career field of real estate with a strong concentration on laws, ethics and business practices. As the key to your new career,
FREC-1 is a fast paced course that is packed with valuable and useful information!
Class Schedule:
The 63-Hour Real Estate Licensure Class will be scheduled for EVERY Tuesday and Thursday evening from 6:00pm to 9:30pm for a total of 9 weeks. The classes will BEGIN on Tuesday, March 6th from 6:00pm to 9:30pm. Our classroom is located INSIDE the beautiful Kings Point Clubhouse @ 7000 West Atlantic Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33446. Our accomplished Instructor, Dale Doyle, is absolutely superb and is SECOND-TO-NONE! Dale has countless prior students over a 30+ year teaching career that absolutely rave about his engaging, exciting, interesting and comprehensive courses!

Sales Associate’s Post-Licensure Course (45-hours):
|
Once you have successfully completed FREC-1, passed the Course Final Exam and passed The State Licensing Exam, you are eligible to take this next course, which is required by The State of Florida. This course must be taken and successfully passed prior to the first License Renewal, to maintain your Sales Associate’s License. As the next step in the learning process, the Sales Associate’s Post-Licensing Course will expand upon the learning that you enjoyed during FREC-1 and will introduce some new and exciting topics for you.

What: 45-HOUR REAL ESTATE SALES ASSOCIATE POST LICENSING COURSE
(before the end of your first License Renewal Period)
Date and Time: Monday and Wednesday Evenings from 6:00pm to 9:30pm starting on Monday, January 30th and ending on Wednesday, March 14th (NO Class on President’s Day, Monday, February 20th). The specific dates of class are: 1/30, 2/1, 2/6, 2/8, 2/13, 2/15, 2/22, 2/27, 2/29, 3/5, 3/7, 3/12, 3/14

Broker’s Pre-Licensure Course / FREC-2 (72-hours):
|
To take your career to the next level and obtain the highest licensure designation for a person in a real estate sales capacity, you will want to enroll in the Broker’s Course! As a Broker, you can demonstrate a mastery of the business with advanced training and then use your powerful license to continue working for another Broker, thus acting as a Broker-Associate, OR you can truly boost your career by starting your own company and being the Qualifying-Broker and have others working underneath you! You may enroll in the class anytime after you have successfully completed your Sales Associate’s Post Licensure Course; however, you must first have your Sales Associate’s License and keep it active under another Broker for a period of 2-years before actually sitting for the Broker’s State Exam, which follows this fantastic course!

Broker’s Post-Licensure Course (60-hours):

To properly maintain your Broker’s License, which you have worked so hard to achieve, you must take this course prior to the first License Renewal. This engaging course takes Broker’s through many real-world scenarios, whereas you will be sharing a classroom with many other successful professionals who are at the top of their game and have experienced many of the same things you have during your career in real estate! These classes are always some of our students’ favorites and prove to be extremely beneficial when the topics covered are brought back to the office. Many of the skills learned will help you exponentially increase your profits in the business!

Basic Continuing Education (14-hours every 2-years):
|
During each 2-year license renewal cycle AFTER the mandatory Post-Licensure Courses, each Sales Associate and Broker is required to take 14-hours of Continuing Education. This class is extremely important because in addition to being a State-requirement, this class allows students to learn about regular changes within the laws, industry news, training on proper ethics and an opportunity to share experiences with others in the business. Professionals always look forward to their necessary continuing education because of all of the useful information that is shared, which they can bring back to their offices and share with others!
Class Schedule:
What: 14-HOUR REAL ESTATE LICENSE CONTINUING EDUCATION (every 2-years)
Date and Time: Friday, January 27th from 9am to 5pm AND Friday, February 3rd from 9am to 5pm
(2 full back-to-back Fridays)
